When you fill out the form on this website, I collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, age range, and your answer about current coverage. That's it. This site does not use cookies to track you and does not collect information you don't knowingly provide.

I use your information for one purpose: to contact you personally about final expense coverage options, by phone call or text message at the number you provided. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted this way. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message and data rates may apply.
Who sees your information
Your information comes directly to me. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers or third parties for their own use. If you choose to apply for coverage, your information will be shared with the insurance carrier you apply with, as required to process your application.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are delivered to me through Formspree, a form processing service, and are subject to reasonable safeguards. I keep your information only as long as needed to follow up with you or as required for insurance recordkeeping.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to stop contacting you or to delete the information you submitted. Just call or text (502) 546-8880, or tell me when I call, and I'll take care of it.
